Now is your opportunity. A group of local practitioners with\u00a0an interest in mindfulness have created a free group that is suitable to\u00a0both new and experienced individuals to the practice. The purpose is to\u00a0create a community of support for everyone. Meditation and teaching\u00a0sessions on mindfulness will be offered.
